今回は166円からのオンライン英語添削[アイディー] 
で用意されている日記英作を選択した。
黒文字が自分の作文。赤文字が講師による添削。
訂正はだいたい３つ。
１つ目の訂正は"the current situation that"を"the current situation in which"に直された。
前置詞必要だった！
あと、非制限用法なのに"in which"か。前置詞がある場合は"that"が使えないからしょうがないか。
２つ目の訂正は"the amount of medical expenses have been increasing"を"the amount of medical expenses has been increasing"に直された。
"expences"に引きづられてしまったが、「～の金額」という不可算が主語だから"has"にしなければならないか。
３つ目の訂正は"damp people's appetite"を"dampen people's appetite"に直された。
〈気を〉くじく，弱くさせる 〈down〉.
damp a person's enthusiasm 人の熱意をトーンダウンさせる.
1〈…を〉湿らせる.
2〈意気・熱意などを〉くじく，そぐ.
同じ意味じゃない？
訂正されなかったが、"as healthy as possible"は"as healthily as possible"の間違いだ。
