のどちらにも訳せると思う。
多分この記事に関する情報をもっと持っていて「ある（欧州の）王家が私的に所有しているコレクション」としているんだと思う。

complexのアクセント位置に注意。
記者（アメリカ英語話者）は第２音節にアクセントを置いているが、応対者（台湾人）は第１音節にアクセントを置いている。
どちらでもいいみたい。
